What we process

Details you send through the form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number, message and files. For orders, also billing and delivery details.

Why we use them

To answer your request, make a mockup and handle the order and invoicing. Processing is based on legitimate interest and contract. Billing details are also processed to meet bookkeeping law.

Retention

Requests are deleted when no longer needed, at the latest after two years. Bookkeeping records are kept as long as the law requires.

Sharing

We don't sell the details or share them for marketing. They are processed only by our service providers (web and email server, invoicing software) on our behalf.

Cookies

The site uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. Fonts, images and video load from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details and object to processing. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
